While Maguir has only been with Regency for six months, her smile and positive attitude permeate through and through, a spokesperson said. Maguire was previously a school teacher for many years before making a career change and now works part time in the kitchen and part time in the activities department. She says she loves spending time with the residents.
Maguire was voted to be the Employee of the Month by the residents as well as the department management team. Comments during voting were that she is kind, patient, and fun, and she is always willing to go the extra mile. She lives in Farnamville with her children, Caden, Keeley and Carrick.
